You will need

400 g linguine ( or spaghetti )
Cupful of frozen peas
200 ml crème fraiche
Juice of 1 lemon
3 to 4 slices cooked ham , cut into stripes

Method

1, Cook pasta following pack instructions, adding the peas for the final two minutes of cooking.

2, Drain the pasta well and return to the pan. Stir in the crème fraiche , lemon zest and juice , then season.

3, Serve with the ham strips scattered over.
