Ingredients

250 g fresh blackberries
120 g sugar
120 ml buttermilk

Method

In a bowl , stir fresh blackberries and sugar.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Process mixture in a blender. Strain.
Stir in buttermilk to the strained mixture and cover and freeze for 8 hours.
Break frozen mixture into chunks and place in a bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Return to pan, cover and freeze again for 3 hours or until firm.
Garnish with whole blackberries.
