400 g pasta bows
6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 X 200 g cans tuna, drained
85 g pitted black olives , halved
2 tablespoon capers, rinsed
Small bunch flat- leaf parsley , roughly chopped
Method
2, Return the pasta to the pan over a low heat , stir in the olive oil and garlic, and allow to infuse for one minute. Toss the remaining ingredients through, season and serve.
