Ingredients

750 g lamb, tender, cut into 2cm pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
1½ cups water or 375 ml
1 cube MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon
½ cup peanut butter or 130 g
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1½ tablespoons coriander leaves, finely chopped

Preparation

Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers and set aside.

Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add ginger and cumin, stir over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add water, MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon cubes, peanut butter lemon juice and chili sauce. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes.

Grill or barbecue lamb skewers until cooked as desired and serve with Satay sauce.
