Ingredients
200 g linguine pasta ( Linguine ( long and flat strips ) pasta can be replace with fettuccine ( wide stripes ) or spaghetti ).
15 ml olive oil
4 zucchini , finely sliced
1 red chilli , shredded
2 flakes garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon , halved
Method
2,Meanwhile , heat ten ml olive in a non – stick pan and fry the zucchini with the chilli and garlic until nicely brown. Season well.
3, Divide the pasta between two bowls and then top with the zucchini . Squeeze half a lemon over each.
