Ingredients

400 g boiled sushi rice
120 g salmon
4 prawns
120 g cuttle fish
10 g roasted sesame seeds
2 nori sheets
10 peppers , chopped
Wasabi , to accompany
Japanese pickled ginger , to accompany
Kikoman soy sauce , to accompany

Method

1, Boil the sushi rice with salt and sugar and cook it.

2, Wrap the nori sheet and various seafoods attractively , with the help of sushi mat , coating with either the peppers of sesame seeds.

3, Cut and serve attractively with the ginger , wasabi and the Kikoman soy sauce.
